Mr. Swikelani Mudzusi
Director

Mr Mudzusi studied and completed his LLB at the University of Venda in 2004 and was admitted as an attorney in the August of 2010. During his studies at the University of Venda he was involved in a number of projects including the UniVen Law Clinic and Introduction to Trial Advocacy. He was also during this time employed as a case monitor at Thohoyandou Victim Empowerment and his duties included among others preparing sexual assault victims and witnesses before they testified in the court of law.

Mr Mudzusi did his compulsory articles at the Krugersdorp Justice Centre (Legal Aid South Africa) in August 2005. He was attached to various departments including Civil Litigation, family law department and criminal law litigation. He continued with his articles at Mkansi and Associates until he became a legal advisor at Scorpion Legal Protection.

Mr. Lebogang Molobela
Director

Mr. Molobela studied and obtained his LLB from the University of the Witwatersrand in 2006 and was admitted as an attorney in the January of 2011. Mr Molobela did his compulsory articles at Ndawoyakhe Depeleon Tshabalala Attorneys in August 2008. He worked in various departments in the firm including civil litigation, family law and criminal law litigation. He was later appointed as a Professional Assistant in the same firm.
